Do you do Bulk Orders? Eg. Uniforms or sets of costumes, wholesale.
We can do bulk orders for costumes, subject to workload/availability. Please make contact prior to ordering if you are purchasing in bulk. Any 10+ of the same product is considered a ‘bulk’ order. We also offer bulk prices. Please contact us directly for pricing. Unfortunately we are not wholesaling to independent dancewear stores at this current time.
Can you transform your dancewear in costumes or costume sets?
Couture Costume Dancewear is a subsidiary business of Couture Costume by Karina Doig. A costume making business founded in March 2013 that specialises in costumes for all types of dancers including; dance school troupes & solo costumes (jazz, lyrical, contemporary, acro, ballet etc), pole dancing costumes/outfits, calisthenics costumes, nightclub costumes, costume designing & much more. We are more than happy to turn our basic dancewear styles into complete costumes, just by adding a skirt, a frill or a few accessories, or you can do this yourself via the STYLE UPGRADES page!

Do you sell GIFT VOUCHERS?
Yes we do! Please contact us directly to purchase your gift voucher. We offer them in any amount of your choice and they are valid for 12 months after purchase. They are available to purchase on our website or our ETSY site.
Am I able to change my order once it has been placed?
We do try to process all order paperwork as quickly as possible, however we aren't perfect & sometimes little website details get missed, so PLEASE CHECK YOUR CONFIRMATION EMAILS, if you have noticed an error with your order due to an incorrect size, colour, combo etc being ordered or incorrect shipping details, please contact us as soon as possible and we will aim to adjust your order. We will always send an order confirmation email asking you to check over/reconfirm your order to make sure it's correct before production begins. As everything is made to order; we prefer not to have to remake items again as the incorrect size was ordered etc. We will only exchange if we have made the error.

I'm not sure of my size, do you have a size chart?
Please see our ‘CHOOSE YOUR SIZE’ tab on the website. We offer sizes from CHILD4 up to Ladies 16, all measurements are listed so please choose carefully before ordering. We are also happy to receive a list of your measurements to ensure the best fit possible.
What do I do if I receive an item that is faulty?
All of our products use the highest quality of fabrics & go through a quality control check before been shipped. On the off chance an item is faulty for any reason please contact us immediately & we will resolve the issue as soon as possible. See Terms & Conditions for faulty return policy.
I have received an incorrect item in my order, what shall I do?
If you have received an incorrect item, please return the product to us with a completed Returns Form and circle the relevant information. Once we have received your return parcel, we will process your return and send out the correct item as soon as possible.
We do not accept exchange or refund for 'change of mind' so please choose your outfit carefully.
We must have receipt evidence that the original item being returned is on its way before sending out the replacement.
However, each 'return' situation needs to be discussed via email before returning.
There is an item missing from my order?
If you have received your order and there is an item missing please contact us immediately. We apologise for the oversight in advance.
What payment methods can I use to pay for my order?
We accept the following methods of payment… (please tick accordingly on your order form)
PayPal - the only method available via the website checkout.
Laybuy - (AUS ONLY)
Bank Transfer/Direct Debit (AUS ONLY) - only used when the order is arranged offline or over email
Gift Voucher - please use the DWGV code on your voucher in the coupon code section via the checkout.
How do I redeem a gift voucher?
If you have received gift voucher, you will have a DWGV code. To redeem, simply enter the code exactly how it appears into the COUPON CODE section on checkout to apply the voucher.
I have placed an order, how long will it take to create my dancewear?
We try to ship out within 20 business days. However during busy times it can be up to 4-5weeks. We will keep you updated as much as possible & you will be notified via PayPal once your Dancewear has been shipped. If you require your order to be urgent; for instance a costume for a competition, a photoshoot or a birthday, PLEASE PLEASE let us know as soon as you order so we stay on track with your order & meet your deadline as best as possible.
Can I use a PO Box as a shipping address?
We do recommend a residential or business address for your goods to be shipped. If the driver does not have access to the PO Box it will be taken to the post office.
I have just placed an order online, how long will delivery take?
Domestic Delivery will take up to 2-3 working days from date of dispatch depending on delivery address, Express Post is 1-2 days. International delivery will take around 5-10days with Standard Post but could be up to 3 weeks depending on customs unless you have selected our DHL Courier Service, in which your order will be delivered within 4 working days (much better for piece of mind during Christmas Season!)
Can I track my order?
Yes you can! Once your order has been shipped you will receive tracking details for your parcel via an email from PayPal or Wix. A link will be attached for you to easily track your parcel via the Australia Post website. www.auspost.com.au
Do you offer Express Post?
Yes! 1-2 working days for Australian Orders! Please select this option over Regular Post if you require your order urgently.
We do offer an INTERNATIONAL EXPRESS COURIER option for an extra cost, which will arrive between 3-4days, so please be sure select this option upon checkout if you need your dancewear urgently.
Can I specify to have my parcel left if I'm not home?
Yes, just leave a note with your order & we will add this to the parcel before shipping.
Tracking for my parcel states delivered but I have not received my parcel, what do I do?
If you have tracked your parcel online with Australia Post and it states that your parcel has been delivered but you have not received your parcel you will need to lodge an enquiry with AusPost. You can find their contact details on their website. Let us know as well & we can try everything we can to get it moving & delivered to you!
Australia Post are incredibly responsive & helpful via their Facebook Messenger account.
