Our CURRENT early October production turn around time is...

8-10 weeks for orders under 5 items

10-12 weeks for orders with 5-12 items

11-15 weeks for orders with 13+ individual items

GROUP SETS - bookings open from January onwards  - email to confirm availability.

Group Sets large than 25 must be pre-booked and confirmed prior to ordering. 

We can generally create ACCESSORIES only in a shorter time frame, so please reach out via email to check your date before ordering!

 We aren't accepting due dates between 24th Dec 2026-6th Jan 2027

and there will be a break from shipping orders during this holiday period.

This timeline is subject to change without notice depending on workload.

Please be sure to account for rehearsal & blinging time as well when planning your costume order.

NOTE:  When requesting due dates, they must be pre-discussed and agreed via email.

Require at least 6-12 weeks notice when booking between MARCH - AUGUST

14-16 weeks notice when booking - SEPTEMBER - FEBRUARY 

(Fully Custom Groups unavailable during this time - customised website items only)

To comply with the current US Tariff policies, a 12.5% Tariff Tax will be added to all US orders from 25th August 2026, with DHL being our one & only shipping method. All tariffs are prepaid via our website to avoid any shipping delays. We apologise for this unavoidable inconvenience; for more info please visit our Terms & Conditions page.
