Our CURRENT (late May 2026) production turn around time is...

5-7 weeks for orders under 5 items

6-8 weeks for orders with 5-12 items

7-9 weeks for orders with 13+ individual items

GROUP SETS - bookings open from mid June onwards - email to confirm availability

This timeline is subject to change without notice depending on workload.

Please be sure to account for rehearsal & blinging time as well when planning your costume order.

NOTE:  When requesting due dates, they must be pre-discussed and agreed via email.

Require at least 6-12 weeks notice when booking between MARCH - AUGUST

14-16 weeks notice when booking - SEPTEMBER - FEBRUARY

To comply with the latest US Tariff policies, a 10% Tariff Tax will be added to all US orders from 14th August 2025 & we are only shipping to USA via DHL at this stage. We apologise for this unavoidable inconvenience; for more info please visit our Terms & Conditions page.
