Our CURRENT (Day 2 of Launch Sale/September 2026) production turn around time is...

6-8 weeks for orders under 5 items

7-9 weeks for orders with 5-12 items

10-12 weeks for orders with 13+ individual items

GROUP SETS - bookings open from September onwards  - email to confirm availability

We expect the timeline to significantly increase over the LAUNCH sale period; so ordering on day 3 of the sale will signifcantly increase the time you will need to wait for your items.

This timeline is subject to change without notice depending on workload.

Please be sure to account for rehearsal & blinging time as well when planning your costume order.

NOTE:  When requesting due dates, they must be pre-discussed and agreed via email.

Require at least 6-12 weeks notice when booking between MARCH - AUGUST

14-16 weeks notice when booking - SEPTEMBER - FEBRUARY

To comply with the current US Tariff policies, a 12.5% Tariff Tax will be added to all US orders from 25th August 2026, with DHL being our one & only shipping method.
