3/4 Layer - This covers 3/4 of a circle. Eg Hip to Hip or Across Neckline of Crop. Our Half Heliotrope skirt is an example of this.

Full Layer - This covers the full circumference of an item. Eg. Full Skirt (no Gaps in the layer). Our Heliotrope skirt is an example of a Full Skirt.
